Author's Style

Morrison would wear something in earthy or neutral tones (brown/tan, black, white, dark red, gray). Her style would consist of lots of layers to create both drama and movement, inspired by the way she calls on nature and supernatural elements to develop her characters. Black lace represents death, often worn to funerals, and goes along with Morrison's dark plot lines. Anything with shape and excess fabric is something we could find Morrison wearing.
